Excellent location ; good breakfast ; FRIENDLY staff. It was a perfect hotel.
-
It is a hotel in which I have been every time I travel to London, I adopted it as my home, good service, very good breakfast, ideal location in front of Green Park, steps from the Picadilly Line -subway-, a few steps from downtown, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, British Museum, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. It also has a luggage store, where you can leave your bags if you go to other places and come back with a reservation.
Sometimes the breakfast room is crowded because of the number of passengers and number of seats available. Some rooms lack a fridge, it happened to me on this last trip that the first room I was given did not have one and when I returned in the new room it did. that they do not replace the toiletries in their entirety, daily.
-
Easy walk to Green Park metro stop, some 10 minutes walk. Special note of thanks to manager. Next door to piccadilly circus and other touristic places.
All was good!

Location is perfect for us
It's a bad smell in the room. The dirty bathroom also has a bad smell.
-
location, bedding
old furniture, windows can't be opened
-
Perfect position. Helpful, friendly personnel.
In my opinion, it's not 4 stars, but it's absolutely acceptable to spend the night.
-
Very good location, and the Green Park Tube station located not that far away.
-
A well-situated place - next to tourist places, which was exactly what I wanted.
-
Close to where I had to go
It was cold. I did not like the bathroom; it was not very clean either. Some tubing did not work. It was cold.
-
Central location most positive and close to Underground

Location is very good, walking distance to Piccadilly and Oxford, Buckingham Palace. Subway location is perfect for business travelers. Price reasonable, compare to others in London these days. Room of a normal size for this money, well equipped.
When arrived, as a frequent traveler, I check all the tariffs and charges. Reception attender was kind to give me the room occupancy form to sign without pricing. And doesn't want to tell me what are the prices I'm signing for. After a very long conversation prices where provided and the total cost was almost 200 е higher then in my booking reservation. After I've asked why and could I talk to the manager, please. I was replied with: you have a key, go go mister! After that, young Indian receptionist have completely forgotten all English words he use to know so well 1 minute ago. Situation was fixed by the head receptionist Lina, who was very kind to check the prices with their manager and give me the correct rate, same as was in my booking reservation. Very typical I would say for big city these days, just wasn't expecting such a problem at big worldwide chain hotel.

The location was excellent for us and the room very comfortable.
The air conditioning/heating unit was quite noisy at night and could not seem to turn it off on the inside control panel.
-
Location and price
the extraction system in the bathroom which you can't switch off makes a constant background roar and I got very little sleep because of this, I reported this and was told that the noise was minimal!!! not with a two inch gap under the bathroom door quite loud.

There are 300 words to many. What I liked is the location only.
The Hotel is one of the very old fashion one. It does need a full refurbishment. The elevators are very small and overcrowded in the mroning hours. The price paid per night is not worth the product you get. The prices for such a product is much to high.
